- Memberships To see any films presented at the VQFF, you must become a member of the Out On Screen Film and Video Society. - Services taxes and charges Any third-party ticketing fees, credit card merchant fees, and GST are included in your online order total. We try and ensure that fees are kept to a minimum.
- Refunds & exchanges We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless a screening is cancelled due to technical problems.
