Tickets may be purchased online using Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. Tickets purchased in person can only be paid for with cash.
Any third-party ticketing fees will be added to your order total. We try and ensure that fees are kept to a minimum.
Ordered tickets online? Will Call opens 30-45 minutes prior to the first screening of the day. Please arrive at least 30 minutes in advance of the screening to collect your tickets. Only the person who purchased the tickets will be permitted to pick up the order. You must present valid photo ID and your credit card. Alternatively you can select to print your tickets from home.
Sorry, but we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless a screening is cancelled due to technical problems.
Relax, get comfy and socialize. If you have your ticket to the next screening, you can stay in your seats. Please do not leave your seats before we have had the opportunity to verify your ticket or screening slip. Note: in rare circumstances we may need to do some on-screen tests and will need you to temporarily leave the auditorium.
Don’t despair! Although advance sales may be closed, there are usually a number of rush tickets available at the door. We are almost always able to accommodate the hope line. Arrive early to avoid disappointment.
