Don’t despair! There’s always hope! For every show that is sold out, there is a Hope Line. Arrive at the screening early, join the Hope Line, and any available tickets we have remaining will be released for sale to folks waiting in the Hope Line right before showtime.
The best way to prevent missing a screening is to buy your tickets early!
Sorry, but we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless a screening is cancelled due to technical problems.
Relax, get comfy and socialize. If you have your ticket to the next screening, wait for us to verify your ticket or screening slip and take time to make new friends, visit the concession stand or take a quick nap. Note: in rare circumstances we may need to do some on-screen tests and will need you to temporarily leave the auditorium.
Latest screening changes and ticketing news are regularly added on our website, through Twitter and Facebook.
If you encounter any problems buying tickets through our online ticketing widgets, use the Elevent help window (blue box/icon in the lower right of your screen) to speak with an Elevent Agent.
